Well, I've got no excuses. I was just a lazy arse all week. I did the sum total of zero exercise and ate lots of high fat foods. There you have it.
But, you know what? I just don't care enough right now.
On the other hand, I'm off to Scotland soon for a few days. It would be nice to be able to wear my nice wide-leg, white trousers which are just too tight right now. We'll see.
