It's just not possible for me to have gained nearly 3kgs in the past week. It's just not possible.
I have eaten well and exercised five days out of seven. I have eaten no chocolate or crisps. I have kept my carb intake down (mainly bread) I have resisted the urge to hop in the scales every day and I even feel thinner.
What is going on.
It's just not possible, is it?
Note to Self: Don't let it get to you today.
